Multi Generational Living

The home in Paekakariki was designed with flexibility in mind.  It can be a large family home, or divided into two apartments - a one bedroom and a two bedroom apartment.  All bedrooms have ensuites, and each apartment has a fully functioning kitchen.  The home was designed with the use of honest materials like steel, concrete, insulated panels and natural timbers.  It also boasts eco & self sustainable features like solar panels, its own sewage system, water tank etc   It is a fine example of thinking outside the square.
